Equalities in Education

A resource folder, 2009–2012

This collection of papers has been compiled to support schools and local authorities in their responses to UK and European equalities legislation, including in particular the requirements of the UK Equality Act 2010. It draws on work in several different local authorities in recent years and on the work of the Equality and Diversity Unit at the Department for Education in the period 2007–2010. It was last updated in October 2012.
